Job Description:  Inform guests about the ship's facilities, policies and procedures  provide tourist information to guests  deal with enquiries and requests from guests  calculate guests' bills and issue receipts upon payment  perform cashier duties, cash traveler cheques and exchange foreign currency  follow in-house procedures to help ensure the security and safety of guests and employees  follow company policies and procedures at all times
